Oct 14, 2013 · Hi fellows who own the Razer Blade 14, I want to create this thread to create some sort of agreement on this matter. From what I gather, there are two noises associated with this system: The buzzing/electrical noise and the repeated clicking noise.
Our Dometic AC and Single Zone LCD thermostat is set for the temperature we want. The unit will run until the inside temperature gets down to the set point. Once it gets to that point the AC does not come back on. The inside temperature can go 10 or more degrees above the set point.
If you are not mechanically inclined there is still some good news when it comes to reducing the noise level your AC unit produces. It is called a Dometic RV AC silencer and it can be installed in about 15 minutes. This version of an AC silencer, if installed correctly can lower your noise level between 8 to 10 decibels. Robbie: If the furnace is working and you can hear a click up in the AC when you turn it on it sounds like you have lost 110V power to the unit, the clicking noise is the relay on the computer to turn on the AC and its 12V operated. I would first look at your fuse panel and see if the breaker to the AC has tripped.
When i shut off the AC the clicking stops. the cluch is not cycleing on and off, its engagged the whole time the ac is on, i have read its normal for the clutch to be engagged and not click on and off in hot temps (its been well over 90 degrees during the day here) but i wanna know what this annoying clicking sound is.
A clicking sound can be notably concerning because it could also be a sign of a serious issue with your air conditioner’s electrical connection. If your air conditioner clicks once when it turns on, that’s considered normal. However, repeated clicking is indicative of a problem. Feb 01, 2015 · We have a Dometic Rooftop A/C unit in our 2010 17.56 Expanda OB, that is making this noise that sounds like a small electric pump motor inside it running for around 3-5 seconds, shuts off for another 3-5 seconds and keeps on doing this cycle on and on. Only happens when the 240v mains is turned on regardless whether the unit is running or not.
Oddly, the sound goes away when the AC is on. As soon as I press the AC button from off to on, the noise disappears. Sometimes the noise occurs when I press the AC button from off to on. I believe it has to do with some electrical AC component, like a relay or actuator. Video of clicking noise. Increase volume to hear the noise. Questions: I have an 05 Nissan Frontier and it's making a clicking sound inside the dash for 5-15 seconds when I turn on and off the vehicle. I took it in and they told me it was the a/c air door actuator, but wanted over $450 to fix and the part is like $40 is this something that's pretty easy to fix myself with taking just a few passenger and glove compartment panels off? any one have a site to show ...
