  • I know that the both fans work because from the alienware command center I can turn both fans on, but when i try to turn them off only the CPU fan turns off, but the GPU fans keep working. I have updated my BIOS, but this dint fix the problem. Even during the BIOS update both fans were spinning.

I would not know how to remove the GPU's fan, as I have never took out any computer parts in my life. The doofus at EVGA claimed the fans would not spin until the GPU temperature reached 60C. Here is an interesting article on overheating of that card, which mentions a BIOS update
