Pre-Reading Activity Have students create a "perfect" community, giving it a name, a system of government, a physical description, and an account of how its people spend their days. Discuss how that community would change and grow. A lesson plan is the instructor’s road map of what students need to learn and how it will be done effectively during the class time. A great way to differentiate instruction is by tiering student learning into groups.
